Focus Point for Photos Containing More than One Person:
If more than one person is in the photo, it is possible that not all persons are in sharp focus. This happens when the kids appear in different rows. Please make sure your kid is in focus prior to placing your order. If you are not sure, you are always welcome to send us an email photocard to verify if your kid is in focus.

If you DID NOT Sign Up:

We had many disappointed parents telling us they did not realize or forgot to register therefore no photos were not taken of their dancers. We have discussed this concern with Encore Showcase and came up with a solution that hopefully will accommodate everyone:

If you did not sign up for either the Encore Cover Girl/Guy Search or the regular Photo Sign Up, we will do our best to photograph the routine with MINIMAL photos. This way you will still have a chance to enter the Cover Girl/Guy Search. Please note, because you did not sign up and we do not know if you are interested in either entering the search or purchasing photos, we will do our best to photograph the routine with minimal coverage but we cannot guarantee this extra service. So to be sure you get the best coverage and have your dancer photographed, please always sign up prior to the beginning of the routines.

In the event that you wish to enter the contest or purchase photos, you will have to pay the $25 for Encore Cover Girl/Guy Search fee or the $10 Photo Sign Up fee in order to purchase photos. Please add the appropriate fee to your shopping cart and complete your final order. If these fees are not included, your order will not be processed and your photos will not be submitted to the Encore Cover Girl/Guy Search.

Cropping for Photos Containing More than One Person:
We will generally crop for the subject in the center of each photo. Please make sure to tell us if your kids appeared in the edge of a specific photo so we can crop accordingly.

Removal of Partial Body Parts:
If an arm or leg of another person appears on the photo, we will do our best to remove them if there is a clear separation between your dancer and the other person. But please note that we are unable to remove the unwanted bodies if there is any touching or overlapping of the part of the body from another person. We are also unable to remove the unwanted parts if the background is not homogenous.

* Please Note * We will generally keep event photos online for at least six months. However, about 30 days after the event, the original images will be archived (deleted off our hard drive and archived on DVD). The price of photos at that time will be a minimum of 30% higher because it will take us time to find and to retrieve images. Please place your order as soon as possible.
